Understanding a Browser Like a Translator

A translator converts one language into another that you can understand.

So let’s say you have a document in Spanish and while you can make out some words and sentences, you really want it presented in English. You give it to a translator.

The browser similarly takes HTML documents (perhaps along with some CSS and Javascript documents) and presents it to you in different form.
